Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US and Canada! We are working to ship to more countries stay tuned
How long will my order take?
Current processing time is 7-10 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday (holiday and weekends are not included in processing time) Please allow time to create your order as every item is made to order! For any questions regarding your order email us at support@amerahrosecollection.com
Will my item look the same as the photos?
Due to the nature of tie dye no two items look exactly alike! Colors and patterns will vary slightly but your design will be created as pictured. The ice dye method may cause colors to split into other shades.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
With every item being hand dyed and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there is any issue with your order please contact us so we can make it right for you!
Do you offer Free shipping?
Free shipping is available for US orders totaling $150 or more
What type of dye is used?
We use professional grade Procion Dye for long lasting color. This type of dye creates vibrant color to last for years with proper care.
Do you wash the items before shipping?
Every item is washed prior to shipping using allergen free detergent.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
If you are looking for wholesale please email us at amerahrosecollection@gmail.com . In your email include the product you are interested in, and the amount of product in each size.
How do your clothing sizes run?
Every item is in unisex sizing except fitted tank tops and jogger shorts. Please refer to the size chart for an accurate fit. If you are looking for an oversized style we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my item?
Every order comes with a washing instructions card and we also have a care tab here on the site. Items are pre washed before being shipped but it is still recommended to wash with like colors on cold setting. Hang dry if possible or dry on low heat to avoid any shrinking.
